SINGLE SHOWS VIA FTP

You need to use a separate FTP program, as browser based FTP is
notoriously problematic. Please contact us if you have trouble locating
an FTP program and we will send you a freeware one ready set-up.
We recommend and use the excellent freeware FTP program LeechFTP. It can be downloaded from Here

Server: ftp.zfmcountry.com
Port: 21
Username: supplied via email (apply here)
Password: supplied via email (apply here)
Connection Type: PORT (PASSIVE will not work)

If you are using CuteFTP or CuteFTP PRO read this:-

In CuteFTP. In the Site Manager, right-click on the ZFM Syndication  site and choose Properties, click the General tab and check the box next to Use PASV mode in unticked. In CuteFTP Pro. In the Site Manager, right-click on the ZFM Syndication site and choose Site Properties, click the TYPE tab and change the Data Connection Type to Use Port.

If you are using WS_FTP read this:-

When you open WSFTP, go to the session to connect to your server account. When you see the "session properties" box displayed, simply click on the "advanced" tab. In this box, just make sure that the "passive transfers" box is UNCHECKED.
