This is a general guide to getting ZFM  Podcasts onto your
MP3 player there are many types of MP3 players and
it is impossible to cover them all here. If you get stuck have a
look in the manual or ask for some help where you bought it.

IPOD / MACINTOSH

1) Find the Podcast you want to download by clicking the MP3 player link on
our listen page.
2) Copy the URL (Web address) of the Podcast you want from the page.
3) Paste the URL into your Podcatching program (such as iTunes or Juice) to
subscribe.
4) Allow the program to download the Podcast.
5) Sync the Podcast to your mp3 player.























USING WINDOWS EXPLORER

1) Download the Podcast you want to listen to by clicking on it on our Podcast
page and save it to a folder on your computer.
2) Plug the USB cable into your MP3 player then into your computer.
3) Wait until windows finds the device.
4) Look in my computer, windows will have connected the device as another
hard drive or removable device.
5) Copy and paste or drag the Podcast you downloaded onto the removable
device.
6) Safely remove the MP3 player
