ANALOGUE RADIO OR TV

Complaints regarding content heard or seen on analogue delivery (AM / FM / UHF) should be addressed to the broadcasting station on which you saw or heard the problem content who will, where necessary, on your behalf resolve the matter with us.

INTERNET STREAMS

Complaints regarding content heard or seen on any of our internet websites or streams should be addressed in writing to:

Introduction

ZFM respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. This statement applies solely to information collected at ZFM’s Web sites.

Part I. Information Collection
ZFM does not collect any personally identifiable information about its visitors other than the IP address, date and time of each visitor in its web server logs. This practice is consistent with every website on the internet. This information may from time to time be compiled statistically to provide us with an overview of listening levels and habits; however no personally identifiable data is included in those statistics or made available to the public.

Part II. Information Usage.
If you provide your name or email address in the course of any correspondence (including making posts to website forums), this information will not be added to mailing lists or sold, lent, rented or given away to any third party by us for any reason.

Part III. Data Storage and Security
ZFM protects web server logs with secure firewalls and limits access to those logs to System Administration Staff only. Server logs are from time to time securely deleted and no archival copies are kept.
